Depth of Field


Changing the focal point changes the viewers perspective of the photo drastically. In the first photo the background and model are seen clearly while in the second photo the you can see small details on the tree. Depending on which photo, viewers will either focus on the model or the definition of the leaves on the tree.

    I like how this picture has a very apparent and in your face demonstration of depth of field. It clearly illustrates the transition of subjects in the photo.

    I like the first picture it makes the tress actually having a meaning and not just there.

    I really like how bold the transition is between the two photos because it makes both of them stand out more when you look at them side by side.
