Flat Lay Self Portrait

 I included my glasses because I've been wearing them since 4th grade and it's something that you'll most likely never see me without.

I put in my bracelet because it was a gift that my grandmother gave me from Cape Verde a couple of years back. It has my name on it and almost every Cape Verdean has this bracelet.

I included one of my favorite books, The Sun and Her Flowers by Rupi Kaur. I was never interested in poetry until I began reading some of her work and now appreciate the art of poetry.

The ticket is from the play 'Wicked'. Back during April vacation I went to Manhattan, New York and it made me realize that I want to explore and travel more when I'm older and get money (hopefully).

Lastly, sweatshirt has no meaning to it I just like sweatshirts a lot because most days I don't want to try to put together an outfit and a sweatshirt does the job in situations like those.

Hi I'm Tiana. I'm a 14 year-old freshman. I'm trying out new things , like photography, to search for a new hobby. I'm addicted to social media and my phone, like any other teenager. I love the show, "The Office", I watch it religiously everyday after school. I hate sand with a passion but i love the sound of the ocean waves crashing. My absolute favorite season is Autumn because I love the not too cold weather, the pumpkin flavored/scented items,the leaves and the holidays of course.

I love scary movies and teen romantic comedies. My biggest fear is of needles, especially when I'm at the doctors office. Although i appreciate insects and what they provide for us , i do not like to associate myself with them. I think as myself as a really nice person, like way too nice in some situations.
